Jacob Cogswell

Jacob is the principal broker, and owner of Cogswell Real Estate. He strives to take of his clients. He loves to teach, and plan strategies to help each client through every transaction. I started my journey in real estate by being an investor, and found how much I love the industry. I opened the brokerage with goal, and purpose of helping people create a plan to grow their own wealth. I'll help you find the property, manage the home, and create the cashflow that will help you grow.


My philosophy is life and is real estate is that Cashflow is more important that cash, and workflow is more important that work. We make real estate and straightforward and simple as we possibly can.
